This audience was explosive.
We went on almost 30 minutes lates because of a few venue issues too boring to try and relate.
Certainly not our choice.
By the time we hit the stage they were more than ready!
Again, they were dancing in the aisles, in their seats, at the front of ths stage, everywhere they could, but this time there was no objection from security.
One woman made it on to the stage and boogied around with me for a while until she was gently but persuasively lead off by one of our guys.
That had to happen simply for health and safety reasons.
If she would have somehow injured herself the venue would have been held totally responsible.
Nothing but positive vibes from the crowd.
It was a very cool way to end the NZ leg of the tour.
Thanks to all the wonderful sold out houses full of enthusiastic folks.
You made it a joy in spite of what can be a tiresome schedule.
To illustrate, we now head to Darwin by way of Melbourne.
A lonnnnng travel day, thru a couple of time changes, arriving in Darwin about midnight but will actually be 3:30am to us.
So all the effort to get over jetlag will mean fuck all.
Rock and roll, huh? ~ __________________
